great concept of course, but my personal opinion is that the egg ends up overcooked into a texture and flavor only a scotsman could love

never have had the opportunity to try oneit would have to be pretty damn especial to beat out a good over medium cooked in browned butter, or a properly prepared deviled egg

The only place I know that has them in KC, is Barleys and I enjoyed them.
