The guy has ppl telling him he is the reason manhattan is thriving and how he works miracles daily.  I would imagine he doesn't hear a negative thing, ever, that doesn't come out of his own mouth.

I'm working on a conspiracy theory where we actually encased Bill inside that statue in an attempt to preserve him and either hired an actor or created a robot to simulate his presence on the sidelines and at interviews.  Kind of explains the NDSU game because everyone was so distraught over losing Bill they were not prepared for the FCS powerhouse.
