No this was after school on the way to tennis practice or something and he just tossed it in the middle of the street. So unless it was where Skinny Benny or Dlew some other apple core eating heathen lived it was not an acceptable way of disposing of trash.
But let's just be clear biodegradable does not include McDonald's sacks even though they are in fact biodegradable.
