Yeah it's pretty bush league. In high school I called out a friend of mine for throwing an apple core out the window. He said it was okay because it's biodegradable.

No this was after school on the way to tennis practice or something and he just tossed it in the middle of the street. So unless it was where Skinny Benny or Dlew some other apple core eating heathen lived it was not an acceptable way of disposing of trash.

yes. just food and stuff like that. and obviously it's just for highways and whatnot. you can't chuck your apple core on someone's lawn.
