Burning leaves, babies in the barnyard, hikes with my dog.

Friday Night high school football games
yes. I miss family in the fall. More so than other times of the year. Maybe it's the Friday night lights family tradition of always going to watch my bros play or me playing?

I have nine brothers. We played many football games and baseball games in the backyard on the farm in the summer and fall. We'd rake leaves into huge piles in the end zones and a touchdown didn't count unless you ended up in the leaves.  Great memories.

If I want to play around in leaves I'll rough ridin' use credit card miles to fly to a place where the leaves fall, make a pile of leaves, and play in leaves, and then slam some craft beer.

The only thing I miss about being a kid, was being a bad ass at sports. That was a pretty great feeling.

Playing "Black Ghost" which is a game where you have to walk in a pasture in the pitch black middle of the night and find your friends/siblings/step-siblings who are hiding in "plain sight" and where you could possibly stumble onto a horse turd or into a horse print rut at any moment.

"Fanning's not the most athletic, but he plays with heart and works his tail off," Kinney said.

Sounds like Chris Merriewether.  Did they call you Energy?

I like how you didn't post the part where it said: "Fanning was selected most inspirational player. What can you say about a player who goes 3-1 with a 4.55 ERA and makes first team as a first baseman? The versatile leader also hit .386"    Also, they called me Captain, because you know, I was a 3 year captain.
