Lotta August jealousy in here. Sorry for being an awesome Leo.

I'm a fellow stud Leo but other than that, August offers nothing. It's pretty miserable. Deep down I wish I had been born in October so I could turn my bday into a weeklong festival called Brocktober.

October - King of Kings, stud month, best colors, baseball, football, autumn, so much fun
May - Awesome weather, everything so green and alive
April - Great weather, cool storms  :D
September - Beginning of football, still a little warm, but starts to get nice
June - Starting to get a little warm, but still pretty nice, and yay summer
March - March Madness (used to be better, oscar  :shakesfist: ) but starts to get nicer, St. Patrick's Day  :beersmiley:
December - Christmas, only time I'm ok with snow (so fun to sit next to fire with cider/beer/loved one  :peek: )
November - Thanksgiving  :lick: weather still alright
July - 4th of July is fun, rest is hot   :blank:
August - Even hotter  :Flamethrower:
January - Cold, dark, and depressing :barf:
February - Even worse than January, always get sick, just yuck  :Yuck: :buh-bye:

yep, june sucks.  november is being underrated too.  november is between the second and fourth best months (_fan, this does not mean that it's the third best month).  cool weather, first two weeks are just like the last two weeks of october, fallen leaves smell, thanksgiving, apples, snakes don't need to be fed or cleaned, first citrus are maybe ready, even thicker blankets, winter gas mix.  it's up there.

it is getting colder and they can be prepped for hibernation.  no food = no crap, so you don't have to clean either.  frees up some time.

I would rather be hot than cold so July/August are better than January/February; except that my birthday is in January.

Other education people will probably agree with me on December. 2 weeks off and more than likely a couple of snow days mixed in. Pretty great.
Pretty great if you like stress and dealing with other assholes who are dealing with stress.

October tho

On the first day of October I always change my Glade® PlugIns® at work to Pumpkin Spice. It is my 2nd favorite Glade® PlugIns® scent.  In case you didn't know, I use a different Glade® PlugIns® for every month.  PM for details.

Aside from the aforementioned great things about October, one of my favorite things is sitting outside at Panera, drinking coffee and eating bagels, with my hoodie pulled up tight. I do that most weekends until it is just too cold.  As long as I can be in my wind pants and hoodie, drinking coffee outside is a highlight of my weekend days.
