Mexico will continue to be our butthole cork at a diarrhea party unail it gets its goverance in order which will be never.  We need to go Russian and take over the good parts of Mexico and clean out the rats.  Give the jungle peons in the south of Mexico to Costa Rica.

Baja would be a good investment, but the rest would be a drain on the economy.
