it's pretty sad to see snyder, who at one point in his career ran college football's most creative offenses, allow himself to be hamstrung by his loyalty to del miller
they know how to do more but instead choose to be old and lazy with the play calling

indeed

Agreed. Way too much living with the CK and then Waters/TLBL line of thinking anyways.

This CK type battering ram runs have got to stop.  Hubes runs worst than the Fainting Goat and does not have CK's ability to find holes.

My frustration reached near peak level when 'zook ran the zone read on the 6-yd line.  He had the right read, pulled the ball and had daylight to the goal line until he ran his face into the nearest linebackers chest and collapsed for only a 3-yd gain.

To say that Snyder is lazy because he doesn't have the offense running smooth, after losing two of his top three quarterbacks in the first two games, is a comment beyond stupid and needs to be noted as such.

yeah, but those quarterbacks may be able to get redshirted (medical??), so consider that in your analysis next time steffy before making such outlandish comments

I have no idea what's going on with the offensive play calling but anyone with two eyes can see that it has been absolutely horrendous.  Saturday's crap show is 100% on Dana and Del and we deserve an explanation for their inefficacy.  :shakesfist:

has anybody tabulated the total number of yards/TDs gained through the Wildcat since DT left?  I'd like to know.

you would have to exclude dsams because he would skew them in an unrealistic way

yeah, excluding the dual-threat QB who's actually a threat to pass the football, how many yards/TD do we have out of the Wildcat?

Ya. Weird team. Not that hopeful for our game in Stillwater in two weeks. Might be a fun season, though? Dunno.
We can win if we're positive on the TO margin. I really hope we've been showing the wildcat to get teams to waste time prepping for it, then just unleash Silmon and throw bombs.

Honestly, how much time could it possibly take to prep for our Wildcat play? Thirty minutes at most?

Fair. Lee's hit on driskel dislodged the ball but it got trapped between their pads and he held on to it on the way down. Crazy play. But ya we've sucks on forcing to's

Great post.

If anything Snyder works too hard at it and thinks too much about football.

lol at _fan and canary agreeing with steffy when steffy didn't address a damn thing that pissclams said. What steffy did to 'clams post should be used to illustrate what a strawman in for the rest of time.
