Maybe he is adding up the total number of fans that will enter Bramlage during non-con play.

Or maybe oscar shows them game tape from when Frank was our coach to get the players all excited just to be utterly disappointed when they walk out of that tunnel for the first time to 5,000 + screaming fans.
