Life is too short to watch movies that aren't fantastic.  If you hear a "Meh" from anyone, you probably shouldn't waste your time.
This is why I don't go into the motion pictures thread anymore. I have a disease. I've watched so many movies over the years, that they all kinda run together. I actually started watching this one at the gym (They have a theater there, where you can run and watch the movie of the day) and I never finished it, so I red boxed it last night.

It seems abundantly clear that, for the time being anyway, if you want a chance at winning, you need to project the most confidence and power.  There really isn't even a next thing.  That's all.  Do that and hope a bunch of morons vote.

I should just say isolationist because the real socialists don't think Bern is much of a socialist.   It's hard to tell because the guy is pretty much just appeasing rhetoric and pandering. . . Hmm, how Trumpian.

Is it weird that Trump was the most reasonable about Israel/Palestine?

What was trump's position on Israel and Palestine?

He wanted to talk to the Palestinians and negotiate a deal.

Why couldn't someone else think of this sooner?

I could only watch like 10 minutes at a time before I wanted to stab my ears with a steak knife, but Israel comes up and the other guys are like "We will stand UNEQUIVICALLY with the nation of Israel, the Palestinians are Jew hating crazies!" and Donald said something to the effect of "I would work to negotiate peace, and wouldn't speak down to the Palestinian people".

I was like  :Wha:

Right. But did you then listen to what Rubio said about how it is impossible to arbitrate this dispute as a neutral mediator when one side isn't negotiating in good faith? And Donald seems to think this is a business deal, and that might work for developing some condos in Gaza, but it doesn't work so well for the peace process when the Palestinians are teaching their children they can be glorious martyrs by killing Jews?

Because well, Rubio is right. And Trump is once again a fool who is way out of his depth.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

i don't know how he's treated on social media, but his treatment in the debates seems appropriate.

SNL kills him and it's pretty funny. I started out really liking Carson. I started following his campaign on FB and everything, but unfortunately, he doesn't have what it takes.

Isolationist socialist is a perfectly apt description of bern. In no way are those terms incongruent. His policies are those of the USSR, and we have a crap load of idiots who don't see that.

No it isn't. I don't think they need to balance equal time but it's a travesty to never ask him a question first. And I think that Kasich was only asked a question first once. To have several topics in which they don't even give these guys the opportunity to speak is tilting the scales. These networks have turned the debates into ratings grabbing freak shows. Having at least half of the questions meant to incite shout fests is gross. We can all be entertained by this freak show but turning the political process into a reality show isn't what news networks should be doing.

he's had like 11 debates prior to this last one to make his case.  he's no longer a viable candidate and treating him as if he was would just be wasting everyone else's time.
