Experts disagree on the correctness of that apostrophe usage. That means it isn't wrong.

It's the grown up versions of the three on the right that REALLY look like Iowa people. The one on the left does not have that Iowa look. She is also the best by far at replicating the facial expression from the original.

Exactly. I haven't looked at one in a while but I'm fairly certain that the MLA style manual allows for the use of the apostrophe there.

If I am indeed only half right and both are technically acceptable, ask yourself this: which one looks more trashy and Iowa'y?

Bonus question: which would Wacky instinctively use? Go against that one.

If apostrophes could only be used for possessive words and not plurals, how else could you tell people on this board that you got straight A's in dumbass class?
