I have a Canadian friend who would really like to mess with a certain individual who has done him wrong. Have you done anything that was legal but very effective in this department? Signing said person up for cold sales calls and endless amounts of junk mail come to mind. What else have you devious individuals done in this situation?

If you really want to get them then you should fake your murder and frame them. You are going to need to write a fake diary about how they had become abusive, and also get your pregnant next door neighbor's pee so you can fake a pregnancy.
