I think Tallgrass does a good job. I wish they'd market more than just their pale ale, ESB, and IPA though. Maybe make a unique ale like the Ad Astra or Left Hand's Sawtooth.

I also find it hilarious that Tallgrass and Free State waste money on making a wheat beer. Nothing will ever beat out Boulevard in the midwest.

also, they (tallgrass) are getting a lot of their beer on shelves up in the great lakes region and from what i heard they sell either about as much or more of their beer in wisconsin as they do in ks. it's probably pretty smart to at least do a wheat as opposed to a seventh ale. jmo. go cats.

Look at their map. Distributing from Alabama to Montana. Pretty impressive in such a short time.

Yeah, the thing that Tallgrass does that pisses some people off is that they take care of places like that first. Like if they only have 8 cases of stouts and some place in Minnesota orders 6 and some place in Manhattan orders 4, they send 6 to Minnesota and 2 to the place in Manhattan. It's a great business strategy and helps them get better known out of state, but it makes some people sad that they don't take care of the locals first.

not the first time i've heard this stevesie. i get it to a degree, but they should really avoid crapping on people in mhk that are very loyal to them imo.
