Listening to a podcast last week, they were saying the the number of breweries in the US was up to like 2200 whereas the number of wineries is more than 8000. So there is still room in the market. Which is why we're seeing an explosion of new breweries going up. Pretty cool time in beer imo.

of KS brewed beers based on my enjoyment of them? prolly Ethos. But this is about "iconic" which is mostly based on distribution so there were only a couple contenders and again Tallgrass is the best.

yes, but I don't think they distribute as much as tall grass. It would be hard to know that tho if you never leave the dojo co dome

tallgrass if everywhere now. it's blown up. a lot of their success has to do with using cans. also a lot to do with making better bear than they used to.

tallgrass also gets distributed by Budweiser in at least johnson county, helps a ton because free state is probably delivered by a liquor/wine company and they don't give a crap about pushing beer.
