If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Mother's Holy Mole.  Cocoa, cinnamon, peppers.  Not the best chile beer I've had.

Has anyone mentioned Coors Light yet? I'm working on a 30 pack right now. Halfday at work and figured I would take advantage by hitting the sauna and hot tub at the condo complex and am now kicking back in front of the boards.

PBR isn't bad either. The grill/bar two blocks down the street sells $1 pints during happy hour. Good deal.

Too many beer snobs in this thread.
Although I like several beers better, PBR isn't too bad, especially served ice cold. Inexpensive, too. Good, cheap beer...great combination.  :lick:

Went to a party with old HS friends (4 years out) and brought bud ice (was hoping to get super pak'd) only to find that everyone is suddenly a craft beer/wine connoisseur.

I was glad to see people drinking good stuff, but god I felt like a poor.

Happens to me every time, Meister. Show up with craft beer, everybody looks at you like a snob. Show up with Hamms/Icehouse/HighLife/Whatever, everybody looks at you like a poor.

My solution was to stop drinking beer at parties. Not very many people know bourbon, I can show up with whatever I want, get Pak'd and don't have to worry about people judging the "quality" of my alcohol

Buy that kind of beer with the intention of drinking it for irony.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

Yeah, that's pretty much how you have to play it off.

Is that really this year's logo.  I had some yesterday and it has kids sledding on it.  I get it every year.  I truly look forward to it more than many things during this season.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Sometimes people are in a hurry and don't read the label closely before they buy things, Clams.  Jesus was born today, a bagillion years ago, to solve this very problem, so don't you judge me!

Devlin's at 29th and Wanamaker, Fleming Place at 10th and Gage and Meyer's at 29th and Arrowheead are the only one's you can trust in Topeka.

I bought the outdated crap from the one on 29th, in the same strip mall as Taco Casa, and has that big used car lot in front of it....right off of 470.

Welp, that list is now town to two stores.

For the record, I've never been to the 29th and Arrowhead store. I had only heard things about it. Typically go to Devlin's when I'm back in Topeka now. I used to go to Fleming place all the time when I was still at Washburn. They both have/had decent selections.

I used to swear by Meyers but that time has come and gone. They used to be the only place in town to get "real" craft beer but they don't have enough space to compete with Devlins or Fleming place now a days.
