Finally made it to BKS after wanting to go forever and hearing about how good their stuff is. Tried 3 different ones and they were all.......fine :dunno I wasn't feeling the best so I will def give them another try, but was a bit disappointed.

you bet your ass we are. Took 2 down to martin city, topped them off with Hardaway for the cats. Only drank one, need to wash that beast. Will prob just fill with hot water and swish around

Who brews the tallgrass beers now? I used to love the 8 bit beer which doesn't taste as good as I remembered but I do love their Tight Rope IPA. (All purchased in KC)

Last I knew tallgrass went out of business 5ish years ago but in the past couple of years they have been trickling back into KC.

Wichita Brewing Company bought the rights to the names and the recipes. I never really cared for any of their flagship lineup and frankly don't really care for any of their attempts at the Tallgrass beers either. My understanding is even the 8-Bit beer went down in quality when Tallgrass was still brewing it because they stopped using Galaxy hops because Galaxy hops got wildly expensive.
