People need to calm down with amount of lactose they are putting in some beers.  I thought I might die.

A good buddy of mine told me that adding lactose in beers, mainly the hazy ipa, is done because because brewers can not achieve a proper hazy without it.  He has won a gold medal at the GABF so I tend to believe him.  I will never buy a beer with lactose for that reason as well as I have never truly liked a beer that had it added.
Isn't adding lactose what makes a stout a milk stout and an IPA a milkshake IPA? I think its primary purpose is to sweeten a beer.

Yeah, and per my palate those 2 styles of beers can fall of of a cliff as I have never had one that I would willingly buy again.
Fair enough. Neither are my favorite style but I do like them. Not many styles that I don't like though tbh.

I had a milkshake IPA that sounded absolutely disgusting but actually turned out fantastic. I only tried it cause I trusted the brewer to make a good version.

We have weldwerks in Omaha everywhere.

Weird. According to their website they are only available in Colorado and the brand is not registered in KS either.

https://findthebeer.weldwerks.com/
Oh eff, I was confusing them with funkwerks. Disregard.

I had a lawyer. Sadly, there are very few worker protections in the US. My options were “wait until they fire you then sue” or get a new job. I chose to get a new job because I like working and didn’t want to take that risk.

Also, it’s important to know that all HR has to is demonstrate and document an attempt to do something about the problem (such as talking to the employee).

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Curious move by the Plaintiff attorney passing on what sounds like a fairly open and shut retaliation claim (at least) against a big sexy defendant.

Yeah there are a lot of self described lawyers later in the comments calling that out as well

I wish.  I think I just want lighter beers after my ass almost exploded a few weeks ago from that milk sugar beer I had.

El Guerrero from Black Warrior Brewing in Tuscaloosa is a fine midsummer beer.

It’s not Bud Light Lime:  But it’s close
