Have you ever had it? Maybe try it first before passing judgement.

I don’t think I can live in a world where a Shandy is not appreciated

Pretty much all leinenkugels beers taste like they were invented by children.

That said I am not above a shandy or even something like a bud light lime if it’s hot af outside.

Summer Shandy is one of a few flavored beers I enjoy.

Bet y'all never imagined a squawk would have a bad take on this board.

I’ve been rotating Stella, modelo, TG pseudo or seasonal, with Lagunitas imperial stout for rainy days.

I enjoy a Leinie original quite a bit as a summer patio beer at the Wisconsin bar around the corner.  I hope we can have summer patio beers :(

Agreed. If you want a radler try either of Boulevards.

Why would that surprise you? Everything I've had from Ommegang is good to great.

Celestial just absolutely killed these 2 styles.  Pale Ale & West Coast.  I am headed back to pick up more and I usually only occasionally drink these.

So I had acquired everything except the fridge over the years: coupler, gas mix, tower, tap, etc... today I got a kegerator and have Guinness on tap at home now. Need a Guinness glass though

@AST - I don’t know when my monthly Dallas trips will resume, but Celestial will be high in the priority list when I get down there again.  Do they serve food?  Any trivia nights?  With The Common Table closed (:Crybaby:), we’ve been looking for other places in the area.  Tried Braindead and Steam Theory prior to shutdowns.

The spots you want to be are Turning Point (southwest of DFW airport) and Celestial.  Neither serve food but both have food trucks/vendors in most nights they are open.  Both also have trivia (or did pre global pandemic) on random weeknights.

Both of them can produce IPAs on par with or better than all other breweries in the country.  It is just a matter of being in town when the right one drops.  The Digital Relationship I am drinking tonight is probably the beat IPA i have had in 6 months.

Also, TP has a BA stout program that is ridiculous.  All absolute bangers.
