does one (1) imperial <x> beer equal like 12 beers to anyone else?  if i have

a) like 15 miller lites

or

b) 5 miller lites and an imperial stout

option b leaves me feeling way worse in the morning every time.  what gives?

Anyone have a Randall? Gonna try to infuse some brews this weekend with tangerine peels, coffee beans (no, not in the same beer), etc.

Gonna just use the French press and see how it goes!

I don't like IPAs, but I do like me some Fresh Squeezed in the summertime.

Yes I made one, they're pretty easy to make. The French press is a good way to go for awhile. But it does mess with carbonation a bit.

crushed a shitload of beer at the kansas craft brewers expo last year.

Do yourself a favor and hit up Radius (Emporia), Central Standard (Wichita) and Crane (Raytown).
Where did you get that overnight bag?

Great outside drinking weather this weekend.  Got some Modelo Especial.  I used to love it.  I haven't drank much in the last 6mo, though.  I have come to realize that my spring and summer drinking has been mostly about lime delivery.

Randall/French Pressed a couple different ones today.

New Belgium Citradellic with tangerine peel was pretty neat, serious tangerine flavor after only 4-5 minutes.

Big Timber Porter with coffee beans for 10-12 mins, not nearly long enough to get the flavor I was hoping for. Will adjust.

WHY

I'm not going to punch you, some trends in American beer just really irritate me.
