Nebraska's football program may never regain its former glory, but the academic side is already reaping the financial benefits of being in the CIC. It would never happen, but if K-State was invited to the Big Ten, we would say yes. In a heartbeat, no questions asked. Nebraska would NEVER consider leaving the Big Ten.
I think it is a possibility, but not under the current NU administration.
CU is never happening. NU could because their fans hate the Big 10 and pine for olden days when they were good (which happened to be in the Big 8/12).

They never once mentioned a desire to return to the Big 12, I expected they would.
