If Kansas has proven one thing in the Brownback era its the falseness of the Laffer Curve. So lets all have a good laugh about it.

I don't think kansas disproves the stimulative effect of tax cuts. It's too small a sample size (by which I mean we've got a lot of competitive disadvantages).

I think it would take closer to several million years to grow some mountains or beachfront property, or develop massive oil/gas reserves.
