For me? Probably an 88 at Western Hills. Something around there.

A good round for me is just south of bogey golf. Last summer it was south of double bogey. Progress.

I have never played golf in my life. That's right. Never. But the opportunity is coming up at a bachelor party.

1. Should I play?
2. I have 2 weeks. What should I do? Go to the driving range and hit balls? How many? How far should I hit them?

You'll appreciate a dri-fit material polo if you don't have one. Shorts without cargo pockets is safest; sometimes you'll run into a no-cargo dress code at certain courses. I've survived playing ~6 times per year for the last 3 years without spikes. But i've heard it helps!

Also, you will likely make it with a 3 wood from 145 yards, when people ask, tell'em you hit pitching wedge cuz that's what your typical boss would hit.
