KSU ranked ahead of ku in Men's Track as well.
Thank gawd, because that track smack really left a mark.

Agreed.  I was concerned that there may have been a lone sport at ku that had a better season than KSU.  Put my mind at ease.

What was K-State's record last season against KU in men's basketball?  How many Big 12 titles has K-State won so far this year?  TIA.

Congrats on your regular season super bowl wins in your sole successful sport.  It's garbage athletic programs like ku that have the the conference in danger of being looted by the Big 10.

hey ku, hop on our back, we will try and carry you awhile longer but we have to worry about ourselves at some point.  Sure, the E8 run- national love affair, return of Hall of Fame coach BS coupled with the top 20 men's track and baseball teams are making waves but us and Texas needs some help at some point.

TIA

The Kellis lucky charm continues.  ku languishing in scandal that makes them synonymous with "lack of institutional control" meanwhile we are so squeaky clean, our basketball players mentor little kids for fun.

Our boys are so clean the freaking squeak - uk players are accused of statutory rape, various violent actions and the boosters make the players look like alter boys (penis-rubber excluded as he is in his own category).
We are K-State and we love to hire SHlTTY coaches.

Anyone not think that KU will try and impose sanctions on themselves first before the crap really hits the fan?  Like take away one football scholarship, one tennis scholarship and take away a travel visit for baseball recruiting.. :nono:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

I've thought they'd try to use their "internal investigation" to frame the violations / theft of donor funds in a less severe light than what the Feds will portray.

I don't think the FBI gives a crap about internal or NCAA imposed sanctions.

I told you guys this was nothing more than Rodney Jones getting rich off of selling tickets on the black market.  KU is untouchable.

Hmmm, you would think that if this was all about one guy "getting rich" that he wouldn't have had to sell the $500k worth of land back to the bank as mentioned in the story.

Last I checked, a guy who rips off a couple mill can afford such things.

Still no mention of where the money went.

Have you ever heard of the term "vicarious liability"?

Is this why multiple people have resigned since the investigations began? Because only one of them was involved?

Rodney was really the glue of that office.  With him gone, many of the others couldn't bear it.
