Bought a 4 pack of totes party pizzas (cubed pepperoni) the other day, go to pop one in this afternoon, and it's square. When did this start happening? How did I miss it?

Yeah. My oven is disappointingly weak. Takes forever to heat up so I left it at 475. Should have gone to 550

My new cast iron pizza sheet makes an amazingly crispy crust on frozen pizzas. We'll see how it does with home made soon.

my thoughts- it was ok. the crust wasn't as greasy as pizza hut pan pizza, it needed to be greasier. it had a decent amount of burned cheese along the outer crust which was nice. i found myself eating the pizza like a regular slice, then stopping with about 3/4" around the perimeter and then flipping the crust over and eating the crusty cheese part of the outer crust rim. it has a different sauce which is less sweet than the regular pjohn's sauce and only one size, medium. i liked it the new sauce ok. the pepperoni is crispier than normal pjohns, and i really like that.

this was my lil panner. half spicy sausage, whole pepperoni-

I had a slice of pepperoni from "Randy's pizza" in HOU for lunch today. It was a surprisingly good slice. 6/7

ya, i won't order it again. i'm such a fool for trying it this once time too- i don't even like pan pizza. i would eat a Big Cheese Pizza if i could and iirc its kinda panny styles but maybe not.
