i get red, can't imagine getting white sauce. seems very pie 5-y. but i always order it "light on the sauce" because otherwise those freaks lube up my pie with 1.75 liters of sauce and that's too much.

i used to be a direct on the rack'r but have evolved into a sheet pan + silicone baking sheet'r. less crumbs in the oven to clean up.
