I liked the toppings and sauce tho. Very generous with the cheese, in fact reminded me a lot of Big Cheese Pizza.

yup, very similar to big cheese. and they cook the pizza until the cheese bigs to brown like big cheese did. i seem to remember big cheese as more of a pan pizza which minsky's actually has as an option.

The big cheese that we go to is more similar to Pizza Shoppe than Minsky's. Is each one different or do they follow the same recipes?
