With the BoozeCats' season nearly complete, it's time to reflect on the last year . . . in particular how my Wild Wildcats fared against the teams I really enjoy beating. But how can we quantify that?
With Maths of course!!! It's REALLY simple!!
First, the scoring. I assumed:- 3 points for a football win over hated team
- 1.5 points for a hobby sport win over hated team
- .5 points for a hobby hobby sport win over hated team
- 0 points for all other sports because they don't matter (women's soccer may change this)
Second, pick the teams you hate. For me it's:- KU - Default hate
- OU - Traditional hate
- Baylor - MNT hate
- Iowa State - Dork hate
Third - just add up all the pointsFootball- KSU 3 KU 0
- KSU 3 OU 0
- KSU 0 BU 3
- KSU 3 ISU 0
Overall - KSU 9, MHT 3
Basketball- KSU 1.5 KU 1.5
- KSU 3 OU 0
- KSU 1.5 BU 1.5
- KSU 1.5 ISU 1.5

In total, my Wild Wildcats beat those lousy teams by an aggregate score of 19 to 11.
