Norman - Applebee's
Austin - The Chef
Waco - Taco Bell
Lubbock - Arby's
Ft. Worth - Papa Murphy's
Morgantown - Golden Corral
Ames - Gambino's

You all are being way too nice to Waco. The only nice thing there is Baylors campus. It's more like Checkers. It's always attracts shady people and the small group of rich people who stop there not knowing any better.

Which college town is Carlos O'Kelly's? I think maybe Norman, actually. I went there as a kid and stayed at a Holiday Inn that had a sweet pool and free foosball/pool tables, so I always associated Norman with that as somehow "nice." Which makes it Carlos O'Kelly's, because when I was a super little kid I thought it was really really nice but when I grew up I realized it was nothin' but a pile of trash.
