I've decided that I really snack too much, especially at work. Can you guys give me some ideas for things I can do instead of snacking to get my mind off of the fact that I am hungry and really want a snack (or maybe I'm just bored)?Like, I can take a walk to the copier but that is only about 10 steps away from my desk.
