you hit the nail squarely when discussing the basketball situation.  As a coach of 35 years, I am never in favor of hanging the coach because he is dealing with a lot more than the average fan realizes.  oscar certainly had that this past season.
You were right on target when talking about him having to be creative next year in fitting his offense to his incoming talent.  I never felt last year`s group was much of a fit for the motion offense.  Most of today`s basketball players are products of the AAU circuit and this is more of a run and gun thing.  Our guys were not self disciplined enough to run the offense we had.  This is just one opinion and I am sure others will disagree, but in the final analysis only the coach can make this decision.  Anyway keep your ear to the ground and provide this kind of information.  Sure hope next year is better.
