it was quite slimy. the seaweed is wakame, one of the three prime j-seaweeds (along with nori and kombu). of course a life extension high performance superfood.

my gruel consists of miso and yellow curry base (not a great flavor combo)
enoki mushrooms
maitake mushrooms
king oyster mushrooms
wakame
onion garlic

I don't think so. At my place, they have a 45 minute lunch, so basically everyone snarfs their food as fast as possible then naps for the rest of their lunch breaks. at lunch everyone around me is asleep, I have to be quiet. one guy sets an alarm and everybody wakes up together.

I've heard that companies that expect long hours from their salarymen are fine with you sleeping at your desk. its a sign of you working yourself to exhaustion.
