1 cup rolled oats.
1 heaping scoop chocolate protein chowder
1 arbitrary pile of PB2 peanut butter chowder
2 cups water
put ingredients in bucket the night before, microwave until desired consistency, thank your ancestors, consume. for lunch. #acked.
