there is no bigger fan of a lunch mashup bowl than puni.

new idea for an aggieville restaurant. it's called puniraptors. the gist of it is that there are like forty or fifty ingredients on the menu and you get to pick five of them or something and then you get them served all mashed up together and in a bowl. you want tuna, carrots, mushrooms, peas, roast beef and sunflower seeds? no problem. your bowl will be out in five minutes.

they would also come in small, large and puni sized. puni would actually be a large but it's funny cause it's like calling a fat guy tiny. anyway there would also be some signature bowls with preset ingredients as well. like a bowl named the wildcat and a bowl named the johnny kaw and one named the flint hills. well maybe not the flint hills one but you guys get the idea.

also, the bowl would be served in a unique way like pulled by a train coming out of the kitchen with your name on it and when it comes around you grab it. and then we them the restaurant with a bunch of old timey railroad stuff and antiquey wood.

i like your idea, rick. but, what if, people didn't get to choose the lunch that was hacked for them? people are horrible at knowing what they really want or need. let me unburden them. Come to Puniraptor's and free yourself from the constant crushing pressure of choosing what to mix up in a bowl and consume.

i'm torn because on one hand i agree but on the other hand i would need this model to be revenue generating and i'm not so sure that your idea is. let me sleep on it.
