hmmm. this was a straight up boil sitch. but my results were poor. i think simmering is more where its at

i put it in cold water, heated to boiling, boiled for a few mins (rolling), then just removed from heat and forgot about it.

one or more of the above steps was incorrect.

it did only ferment for 36 hours before going in the fridge. i prefer 3-4 days of fermenting, but after that it gets too sour and #zappy

the public fridges here are managed by a clean freak, and alot of people who are too clean freaky to share a clean fridge have their own clean mini fridges

i think there is one forgotten fridge somewhere though that i am afraid to look in

There is one that's very close to my office and it's pretty gross. I was told there's a secret one on the second floor that the warehouse people don't know about and is kept very clean and to use that one if I want but I haven't looked into it.

I'm just going to get a mini fridge here soon tho. Any suggestions?
