I'd be shocked if more teams were added after the shitheads left. It definitely won't be Memphis, remember they have to give two years notice. If they are coming that will have to be announced in the next 4 or so months if they are starting with the other AAC teams. They could expand west but I don't think trey will unless one of their media partners they strike a deal with asks them to do so.

I just don't see any team voluntarily leaving the PAC to go to the crap show that is the Big12.

You could argue they are in a worse spot than the big 12 right now.  USC and Oregon go to the Big 10 and they are mumped.

I can't recall per team tv revenues in Pac 12, but seem to recall they were roughly at par, or maybe slightly lower than Big 12 before OU/TX left.  If the big 10 called, I can't help but think that they would offer substantially more revenue than Pac 12.  OU/TX are a fit for SEC, it's more of a stretch to say that USC/Oregon are a fit for big 10.

Rose Bowl is a different beast though and would by far be the biggest sacred cow slaughtered by realignment, although that cow has probably taken some cuts for the BCS and CFP.

Well, the Big 10 GOR does expire in 2023  seriously though, the Big 10, especially Michigan, takes that academic connection seriously. I actually think Michigan Ohio State, Minnesota, and Wisconsin are the absolute last schools I'd pick to switch conferences.

The more I think about it, you only do another round of expansion if the opportunity to snag a few PAC schools is there. Creating a west pod w/ BYU.

3 PAC schools and a somewhat east-ish (I'll mention Memphis again) school and you have four 4 team pods that kind of make sense.

Yep, plus we need to always think about who else to add when KU decides if they are going to the BIG or the SEC. They are totally going to get those invites in the mail any day now.
