That there is basically a draft between networks that have rights to people's games and they are choosing rights to first choice of games in any given week months and months in advance, that basically no matter how much Pac-12 fans bitch they're always going to have a ton of late games.

Maybe, but the reason we command so much TV money is because though we're low in population footprint, we're in the best time zone. Really makes you wonder what we could command if we could land a couple "name" schools in high population states.

yep.  latenight pac 12 games (or WAC [?] games) are amazing.  I always liken it to feeling like a junkie desperately trying to scrounge up enough smack for one last hit before his stash runs out.
