i went to the louisville game in 2007. no one in the city had any idea that the cardinals were playing a game that night (although it was a wednesday game). the stadium is in a shitty part of town and the atmosphere was awful. that said, they do have nice grass.
That's because the 'ville had a $hitty team and I believe the Ryder Cup was in town at the same time.
Plenty of years at K-State when there were 15,000 in the stands and nobody gave a $hit.
And LOL @ the thought that anyone would've invited us into their conference then. (Or now, but especially then.)
