Who is running down KSU? KSU's North Endzone was a cheapskate way of putting in "permanent" bleachers, and Louisville spending way more money than K-State is a factual reality.

The Big 12 took in TCU, and the Big 12 will likely take Louisville.

i went to the louisville game in 2007. no one in the city had any idea that the cardinals were playing a game that night (although it was a wednesday game). the stadium is in a shitty part of town and the atmosphere was awful. that said, they do have nice grass.

Plenty of years at K-State when there were 15,000 in the stands and nobody gave a $hit.

There were 43,000 there on a Wednesday night to watch 2 crappy teams.

Louisville averaged 48,500 a game last year, that was 15,000 more a game than TCU.

At this point, justifying a program's inclusion in the Big 12 based on TCU's (or really any other member of the conference) relative statistics seems really dumb.
