A 12-team league increases inventory from 75 to 97. Currently there's 30 OOC games with 45 conference games (10x9/2). With 12 teams you get 48 OOC games and 48 conference games (12x8/2) plus the CCG.

Those extra 22 games would have to be worth at least 40 million to make expansion work currently. TCU doesn't help, but what 2 teams are out there that would?

I mean, the 12 team set up with a CCG gets the extra CCG money because you get one extra nationally televised game.  adding crap teams obviously isn't going to get that benefit because they dilute the pool during the year.  the 12 to get to a CCG only adds cash if the teams added add equal to or almost equal to revenue that the average team in the conference already provides.  They could get away with providing a good amount less if you assume the bigger draw schools are going to end up playing in the CCG anyway though I guess.

You have to start a subscriber fee network.  Which we ought to pursue.

If you add WVU and Louisville to the mix, the basketball quality may drive up the value of year long content on the network.

No, its a network like BTN or the LHN.  You get money just by having it on extended basic or the sports tier.  Advertising and other revenue that networks generate is just gravy on top of that.
