Lots to talk about. Biggest concern to me is lack of player development. They don't appreciate how hard you have to work. Falls on everyone. Coaches need to instill it but players have to want it.

I really enjoy the narrative out of oscar, stan/wyatt, and those "close" to the program.  It's as if oscar just printed off talking points and handed them out.

Why does this Jay person get to act like he knows anything more about the KSU program than anyone else?  Does he attend practices?
