I was thinking of my standard "Dude I'm on my way to jail and my battery is almost dead" response. Any other suggestions for messing with this person?

Start it off with "Bro, never coming back" to build some legitimacy.

Small talk for a couple hour then boom, ask random number guy to google midget strippers in vegas because you cant get internet connection on your phone. Possibly have him give you quotes from the website and such?

Okay I'm gong with ben ji's opener because his addition to the cooking thread tonight was awesome looking. Not 100% convinced on the midget strippers but we have a little more time to think of other plotlines
