I am currently hinting that with all the room he should buy a 4wheeler or other ATV to reduce his income after we make bank with these ridiculous grain prices.

More than likely it will just be more junk

But yeah, those flamethrowers are yours for $60 unless tom gets on here and tells me they are worth hundreds.

Deal. I want one plus they could make cool birthday presents or guys Christmas presents.
Take the $60 and run

Found this old timey tool hanging in the garage. Some sort of scythe or weed cutter?

Hay knife which I had to look up although not sure the application. I guess to cut up hay when stacked loosely in the loft...

Probably rabid skunk blasted with a 20 gauge. Was approaching us and going spray crazy. Not someone to smoke a perfectly good skunk for no reason but this one had to be put down.

Cat count seems to be 4. Assuming the thing on top of the shed refrigerator is a cat.

Here’s a side shot of a new sled my dad bought like 6 months ago and hasn’t used. Asked him why and he said the local Ford store had it in stock and trucks are hard to come by so he just bought it for later.

  :D

I saw the first raccoon ever at the cat ranch last week and it wasn't even in a tree. Milo was sniffing around in an old pen over grown with weeds when I hear a commotion and see a raccoon jump about 4 feet straight up in the air (high enough to clear the weeds) then book it out of the pen to climb a tree.

We have a raccoon farm, since I lived in the country and we have a nearby pond and creek.  Anyway, wanted to say racoons are a lot like a cat.  They hiss and scratch with sharp claws and will bite if your dog gets to close.  They are easy to catch in a live trap.  Your can bate with cat or dog food; actually anything a person eats they'll eat too.  I caught so many over the 28 years I have lived on this mini farm, that I have given up on catching them.
Hot time in Kat town tonight.

No ponds and the closest "creek" is about 3/4 of a mile away from where I saw the coon. Knew there were a couple around due to the game cams my dad has (spotted along with skunks/badgers/possum eating cat food) but had never actually seen one while I was out there.

Although now that it's actually raining the old cow pen/feed area is a lake. No wonder Jackie the mini pony baby "drowned"

Realistically that water is like 6 inches deep so Jackie probably died from natural causes. Water had recedded to about half what it was in the picture when I left like 3 days later.

Tom, I am saving these old possibly flame throwers for at least 24 hrs until you tell me if they are worth any money or not.

I am watching "happy people" some documentary on Amazon prime about some Russian trappers in Siberia and they were using one of these lil flame throwers to build a dugout canoe!

They would basically put a bunch of tar on the outside then use this exact same flame thrower to seal it up.

When I was a kid, we used similar flame throwers to start pasture/grass fires.  We would make burn control rings around the pasture grass fire.
