I was always tld that the big dogs like Anheuser didn't want legalized weed and states like missouri were kind of stuck but now that is flipped.  Unless the big guys are already in the weed game, which makes sense

That seems like a big number to me :dunno:  Plus, if you add up every person who has someone with a medicinal card buy weed for them, I bet it's 4 or 5 times that, easily.
As of January of 2022, there were over 400,000 people in Oklahoma with a card.

I was in OKC last month and we did a trip on the bricktown water taxi and I gotta say on that ride, there seemed to be a lot of Oklahomans with arthritis.

So what’s effective date? Can I drive over and get some skunk this spring?

When Illinois started this Iowa State troopers and sheriff's officers in the quad cities literally parked their cars facing the dispensaries on their side of the border.

I'm sure it will be like that at first, but then they won't give a crap overtime. It seems I fly home now from places like cali and colorado and accidentally find gummies in my suitcase after partying, forgetting they got there somehow. I figured that crap would get tagged in the airport somehow and I'd be on a "Most Wanted" list, but apparently not.

I don’t have one, but everybody that I know with a card said it’s laughably easy. It’s medicinal in name only.

Just don't go to the ones on the state line.  Drive to Lee's Summit, pick up some edibles and Whataburger.

If anything, this is going to make traveling across State Line safer, as paranoid middle-aged men will be super alert to all requisite traffic laws in the area.

Did they not go through with the firearms thing? I thought the governor slapped some ridiculous thing of if you got a card you couldn't own firearms?

I don’t think that was ever a thing, or it’s not enforced. I know a guy who is a huge gun nut and he has his card.

My wife has her card, but we’re anti-gun libtards so I dunno for sure

It seems like a bad business decision to locate your business in a spot where your customers can break the law just pulling out of the parking lot.
