Probably pretty similar to the border but KC will have better dispensaries and I would imagine prices than Burlington, CO or wherever

Do you all really not know your Kansas geography at all?

Missouri is definitely closer to Salina than Colorado.

I do. I was giving him the business. It's barely closer, but there's no way he drives it vs going to his local guy that probably has a key to his house. I'm all about making weed legal, but some people make it their identity and it's kinda weird.

Fair enough. I bet Missouri is an hour closer to Salina than Colorado. I wouldn't call that barely.

I bet making it legal actually goes a long way to combat this, if that's important to you

Missouri is such a weird state. The fact they let Kansas legalize sports gambling first, but have been at the starting line at things like selling booze on Sunday early and legalizing weed is beyond me. Just go all out. Be the badass that you are and let people have fun. You let people drink in the passenger seat for crying out loud.

I thought the open container law was wild but after waiting an hour and a half to leave a Chiefs game, I understand it

Quote
Missouri Open Container Laws
In Missouri, the open container alcohol laws are less strict than in its neighboring state of Kansas. In fact, Missouri has some of the least stringent alcohol laws in the U.S. Missouri is one of only six states that has no general open container law for vehicles. In general, any passenger in a car is allowed to consume alcohol while the car is parked or in motion. However, some individual municipalities do have local liquor laws in place that forbid open containers in vehicles. Kansas City itself does not have one of these laws. Of course, the driver of any vehicle is forbidden from drinking while driving and severe penalties may occur if drivers are caught under the influence of alcohol.

We Gucci.
