Yeah, I've experienced them both. Neither should be allowed behind the wheel, next to a caravan full of soccer players (kids) on a random Tuesday.

The mom driving that caravan and facebooking is tremendously more dangerous than a pot smoker behind the wheel on a random Tuesday (or any day for that matter).

If she's doing that, she should be pulled over for it. Those kids are in danger.

Wacks, did you read the DEA explanation?  Its pretty stupid.  They say that science has not proven that weed has any medical bene's.

I didn't realize DEA had a say in the criminalization of drugs. I wonder if their funding would take a blow if marijuana was legalized.

I had a friend-of-a-friend on FB that posted one time about how he was out smoking pot on his stoop and there were some cops around and they started giving a hard time to this black guy who was just walking down the street (not smoking pot) and they didn't say anything to the guy himself (who was a white guy smoking pot).

So I think as long as you are white you can smoke pot in front of cops and it will be fine.

(I think that happened in NYC.)
