17-8 at the under 12:00 timeout, Gip and Marcus each have 2 fouls

36-24 at halftime

2h
at some point we make a "run" and it feels like we're in striking distance
45-39 at the under 12 timeout
ku comes out of the timeout and hits two threes

f
74-61

2 Super Bowls in 1 weekend for the hawkers. Blessed  :Woohoo:

Squawks don't see BB game as a Super Bowl, they see it as a refreshing opportunity to do a beatdown / curb stomp.  The close win at TCU will give Self a tool for motivation, I'm not looking forward to Saturday.  On the other hand, after going through hand-to-hand combat with coal aggie, the KU game for the 'Cats may seem less intimidating than it was a week ago.

The last time we didn't lose to KU in Lawrence by 12+, well, you know...

would prefer he not play and instead get healed up for a game we have a chance of winning

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

it's too bad it takes us not being at full strength for KU to beat us, but that's just the way it goes i guess.

honestly, i think they (KthUg) would have won either way.  i hope we can score +35 points tomorrow but am not confident that we will.
look for something similar to UK - MU from earlier in the year.   86-37 neighborhood.

problem is we'll never know if Nino doesn't play.  He's been the POW twice, probably the best "shooter" in the league, a play hard chart freak, it's hard to put a point total on what he brings, but i'd put it in the neighborhood or 45-50 points in this one.  what a blessing if you're a ku fan i guess.

maybe we can work it out to where they just set the game clock to a 14 min first half.  would def go down to the wire if we did that.  just get rid of that initial shitting of pants we always have in lawrence.

the cold and rainy weather is a silver lining, that natural stink of the old barn + BO from the 2 twice a week bathing blue hairs can make for an overwhelming stank that rivals the turd we usually lay on the court
