KU is probably going to throttle the Cats.

More important is how they respond at Tech and against Texas. Those two are pretty much must-wins if we hope to see the tournament.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

if it's physically possible to turn it over more than we did tonight I expect it to happen saturday.

WVU @ KU will probably be pretty fun.

Nope. KU won't pressure like that, it gives up too many unnecessary layups. KU well allow us to play low possessions because they'll run junk defenses and then watch us scramble around totally lost when the play clock is under 7.

Need Nino because of shooting and stuff. Don't think KU will junk us at all. Think they will get lead with an early surge and rest of the game is going to be coasting. We probably in foul trouble too.

ku will throttle us at their place. Depending on how tight the race is with Iowa State, Bill might let oscar have one at home.

Only hope to avoid a blow out is that KU doesn't taking us seriously after watching how terrible we are on film.

I'm worried we might let you guys make a game of it and maybe pull off the upset.  Classic trap game.

It probably won't be a complete blow out, but the Cats will also never really be close enough that I fell like we have a shot.

what games remaining on the schedule should Cat fans expect the Cats to win? 3-7 would not be that surprising to me based on remaining games we have. That would put us at 15-16 headed to KC.  :sdeek:

Yeah it's possible that they will get out early and stay out therefore they wont need it and he will keep it in his pocket for the game here. They have done it like every game they've played against us for as long as I can remember. They have been doing it at least since the Cartier teams under Wooly. They have even broke it out in those games, that seems like all of them when they run out early, we make a run in the second half, then he puts it on to choke us out. I know they did it when we last won at AFH, they left Sky Thomas, literally didn't guard him and Dramane lived off of that 15 foot jump shot that's readily available in a box and 1 or triangle and 2. This team is more vulnerable to a junk defense more so than any other team we have had in recent memory.

i dont think KU will run a full court trap, but they will definitely put mason on jevon/nigel to slow the game down. gipson has struggled to score on ellis, so well need some good shooting out of nino and foster, but i dont have a good feeling about this one. if we keep it within 10 id be happy.

look.  we lost last night.  but we can't put our heads down and our tails between our legs.  we sure as hell can't just call it a day.
we need to keep sawing wood.  we need to get better every day.  that gives us 3 days of getting better before K-thUg, which might not seem like a lot, but it really is a shitload.

when i look at this match up against the hawks, i love how we line up.  when it comes to mismatches, we win at every position. there's many out there that might not give this wildcat team a chance after last night.  i call those people fools.

every team has an off night, look at ISU last saturday night.  last night was OUR off night and it happened against a great team.  this team is headed in the right direction, and to those who disagree- then get out of the way because the purple hoops express is going to steamroll right over your cranium.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

KU wants pace, fwiw. They don't want an execution match with us.

We'll be down ten points minimum by the first tv timeout.

Then come back to down just 1-3 pts by half.  Then go on something like a 2-18 run early in the second half.  :blindfold:

This will go just like every game in Lawrence usually goes.......we get down, about 20-4, at the 10:00 mark.  We will have our leading scorer(s) saddled w/ 2 fouls......and the rest is  :flush: :sdeek:
Awaiting the inevitable KITN
