If Foster can get a stretch were he really gets going. We are going to steal some games. Man it would be nice. I would really like Nigel and Edwards to get a hot streak going too.

There are nice things and there are nice things that can happen. This is one that can happen. Foster will have a couple games where he goes off for 6 or 7 made threes.

Another one is Gip having a 20 and 8 game or 2.

True that.  I am predicting it will happen at least once this year, because Foster is that good of a shooter.

I am not predicting it will happen tomorrow, but I do think the way that ISU plays (and defends, or lack thereof) makes this particular game a likely candidate for the Foster explosion.

People often refer to Hilton as a good shooter's gym. Seems like Spradling always had really good games in Hilton, but no place else.

Luck - A measure of the deviation between a team’s actual winning percentage and what one would expect from its game-by-game efficiencies. It’s a Dean Oliver invention. Essentially, a team involved in a lot of close games should not win (or lose) all of them. Those that do will be viewed as lucky (or unlucky).

The Cats are 129th in luck.

I agree; and, we have had some stolen from us.

My point is that we can expect Foster to go off at least once this year, and that that event will probably be enough to win a game.  Hopefully he goes off in a game where we wouldn't win otherwise; I hope that it is tonight or against KU.
