I didn't love the 10th timeout that Weber has taken 4 seconds left on the shot clock.
Is that a thing? I mean, like a strategy employed by smart coaches?

Gonna win 'em all!

The long shot from Foster that we rebounded worked out in the end. It is funny that he got a shorter, more open shot on his own that oscar stopped with the time out. It looks like oscar didn't quite learn his lesson from the end of the OU game that he should just stay out of the way in those situations.

IMO, the strategy of switching Westicles onto chery wasn't as brilliant as switching the guys guarding the guys setting screens for chery

This is an excellent point. Putting Westicles on Chery had very little affect since we switched every single screen, that one steal was cool though.

My first game at the OOD since #titletown.  Love the new lighting scheme and blacking out the crowd. For a huge game it must just feel like dark rage to the guys on the court. Imagining it for the true OOD era gives me goosebumps. And the jumbotron is every bit as impressive as advertised.

Yes, we switched a lot of screens, but Chery simply couldn't come down and drive or pull up and pop to his right like he consistently did against Jevon. Westicles's length bothered him and it was a very good decision. Also, choosing to bust Baylor's screen and roll game instead of going under screens was significant too.

This was my 2nd this year and it was great. Also, despite some ugly stretches of play, the crowd came alive down the stretch and it was loud in there. Very OODish.

Also oscar deserves some credit for being pretty good at winning decent games at the OOD; now 7-1 against ranked and has won 6 in a row IIRC.

first game for me at the OOD this season. agree with 'meister on all accounts. the atmosphere wasn't bad before but it's so much better now. the 'tron is a thing of beauty, and the new lighting enhances the look of the entire place. can't wait for some big games.

i can't believe we won that game. i, along with the people around me, were laughing at how we were playing the first 10 minutes. the turnovers were laughable, and multiple times i thought to myself that baylor was out classing us. and we came back and won the game.
