YES! I was just talking with someone about how free higher public education would be cheaper than our current system of grants and subsidized loans and constantly inflating tuition.
I think we should be careful about subsidizing kids. If we make them too cheap, people might start having more of them.

Basically the government paying you $3000 per child even if you don't pay taxes. More vote buying.
