Someone good at computers splice out where oscar says "oscar weber doesn't win" at 3:33:28 and do something funny with it.

It's one thing not to like things like the performace or oscar's style. It's quite another to wildly speculate about how certain leadership qualities have a direct, negative affect on performance.

cause and effect

Oh, I see. It's scientific.

I don't really feel like digging through the Harvard Business Review archives, but loads of evidence suggest that leadership traits do have an impact on performance.

Shortly after oscar arrived, he was asked what the key to his success would be at K-State.

That only works if your best player is a cold blooded Rodney.

This is a great summary of the Tuck point of view.

Marcus is fantastic and very talented.  He is surrounded by kids that have either regressed, leveled off, or simply failed to progress.  There is zero recognizable development in this team from last year.  Nino is doing well off an on, but he is doing so by doing the exact same stuff he did last year but with no primary or secondary option above him that oscar will keep on the floor.

I don't agree with the regression talking point. Team play is worse, turnovers are up and we are taking worse shots, IMO. Ortgs look ok on development except Westicles. Westicles's biggest issues it that his FTrate has plummeted. That is an effort stat. Effort and quality of team play are down, think that is worse than lack of player development.

It is not having a top 40 defense that is bullshit. eff we would be able to limp across the NCAA tourney bid if we played defense constantly.

OK guys, let's get down to business here, and no more horsing around.

Airplane banners.

Look, I know what you guys are thinking.  You are thinking "Pete, we know you love airplane banners, give it a rest."  But, if you really think harder, you will agree with me that it's time for airplane banners.

Spring game? Yes.

What about a box truck with an ad on the side?  We can get the townie contingent to take turns cruising around in it a bunch.

It starts on the outside. We start out with crap energy last night, terrible pressure and let rough ridin' TCU get post ups. Certain players on this team won't stop the effing ball, will not fight though screens.

Do they have banners that light up for night time?  That would be the best.....fly it around before the big Monday game.

Just how ballsy would a drone with a banner inside of Bramlage be, though? It would be incredible.

do they still do the pre-game chant sheets in the student section? if so, we have to have an insider that can get ahold of it and adjust it, right?

Announcer guy: now the starting 5 for KU, #1 George Mason
students: FIRE oscar (instead of who's that?! or whatever)
Announcer guy: #13 Kenny Ewwbray
students: FIRE oscar (instead of go home! or whatever)

well, you get it.

our in conference defense is the best since oscar has been here.

2015   101.4
2014   103.6
2013   101.9
2012   96.9
2011   99.8
2010   97.3
2009   104.7
2008   100.8
2007   102.5

2005   104.8
2004   101.6
2003   100.5
2002   108.1

It'll get worse, obviously, but still.

But its the worst average offensive efficiency in this league, probably ever.

This year we are 101.4, but the league average 100.6 and its 8th in the league.

Last year we were 103.6, but the league average was 107.2 and we were 3rd.

oscar's first year we were 101.9, league average was 102.3, and we ranked 5th.

You have to look at it relative to the league, this year we are bad and getting worse.

Before suspension gate in conference defense was solid. Non con defense was water trash. If we played solid defense in noncon we wouldn't be in this position.
