This is an actual thread title on GPC and he's serious

We give Weber 1 more year and Hire Tony Bennett in 2016.

How much money would that take? Or would it take a Tony Bennett DUI? Because I think we have the ability to pull off both.

I think he's gone after next year if we don't make the tourney. There will be too many empty seats for Currie to ignore.

Season tickets next year will be a big indicator. We haven't had a game this year with fewer than 12,000 tickets sold.

I thought you were out of town, have you been to many games?  I've only been to a couple, and attendance wasn't good.  I suspect we'll see a MASSIVE drop in tickets sold, especially season tickets.  Wildcat victory plan sounds nice, but I don't think its going to move the needle that much.

I've been to a few, and attendance is down. But in the current climate, sold tickets is what really counts. I regularly attended in the days of 6-8K attendance numbers, it will be interesting to see what the attendance (sold tickets) numbers look like next year.

**Sorry for the flashback from a few pages**

I think current tickets sold is a bit of a dodge for how things are.  Its nice to have tickets sold because its money in the bank on the balance sheets.  You don't have to worry about selling those Bram Dog to cover the new lighting (or whatever).  But the truth becomes all the more glaring when the season ticket numbers next year get slaughtered, then there wont be another metric to fall back on.

And I know those feels of 6-8k numbers, I started with Wooly which I know is after you Fan, but the more I hear about tucks being okay with the direction of this program, the more I get ptsd flashbacks that soon oscar will be losing to EA Sports traveling team.

A lot of people on GPC seem to be pretty upset about how oscar blew by Bob in the postgame handshake.

Biggest issues that stand out are road record and 5 losses to >100 teams the past two seasons. oscar always manages to get some quality wins, currently 4 Top 25 wins on this season, its the bad losses that make it tough.

Tuck Nation is on a violently censorship rampage against all oscar detractors.

I've seen this movie before and the first time it ended with Jim Wooldridge getting another year.
